i am writing this missive to let you know that we do not have cafeteria at our workplace which leads to main trouble for our staff.
Having said that, during lunch hour, colleagues waste half of their time to go outside the building in order to enjoy their snacks and drinks. Besides, the weather conditions are sometimes not favourable owing to which employees consumes valuable time which effects the work as well.
I would like to request you to set up a cafeteria near block D. We have spacious room there which is not used for a while. This approach can assist our co-workers to relax in our building during the lunch time.
I hope you considered this key issue and will arrange cafeteria for our workers.
