Write a letter to your manager to request setting up a cafeteria for the staff.
In your letter, you should say:
-the problem due to lack of cafeteria
-how you and your colleagues feel about it
-what suggestions you have.

Dear Mr. Salvatore,

I am writing this letter to request a setup for new breakout spaces in our office building as our staff workers have to go outside to relax themselves during break time.

As you know, we have only one cafeteria with limited seats available on the first floor of our premises. Due to this, we have a lack of space available for all of our workers who force themselves to walk on streets to search for tea stalls nearby our company's building. Besides, it is very unhygienic due to its low quality and poor services.

With the problem of lack of cafeteria in our company, I along with my colleagues feel a bit of annoyed as we have walk far away from workstations which consumes a lot of time and our break limit exceeds. Therefore, we are unable to devote our working hours properly which delays our submission of daily tasks assigned in the form of tickets.

Fortunately, every problem has a solution. Hence, I would suggest you please install a new cafeteria on the top floor of our building which is vacant and available. You can open some of the food stalls along with the beverages shop in the building which will be profitable not only by renting the place but also employees will not be exceeding their break limits. Plus, if we can allow the operation of stall till 9 PM, the evening staff can also avail the facility because they do not prefer to go out far from offices after sunset.

I hope you do understand the above problem and its suggestion.

Yours Sincerely,
Shwatank Bhasin
