As a part of student social survey project, I have been given the responsibility of organising a group visit of 20 students to visit the historical exhibition so that they can gain knowledge about the historical event and generate their interest.
Please inform me regarding the content of the exhibition such as is there any particular period in history that the exhibition focuses on? What are the special highlights and how the students will be benefitted? Kindly inform me of the dates and timings of opening and closing? And also enlighten me that is there any special student discounts offered?
I would be highly obliged if you can provide me with all the necessary details as soon as possible so that I can make the travel and accommodation arrangements.
