Dear Sir,
This is to bring to your kind notice that undersingn is a subscriber of your network for internet connection since last week with account number: 987354895.
I have been wondering since a week that today or day after the connection is going to improve but to my utter dismay nothing seems to be working. The problem according to me is likely to be about the internet speed, I do tried to measure the speed and it was really shocking to know that its only 35 kbps while I choosed your network based on my experience with the network in my last posting in Mumbai. However it doesnt seem to be working here in my area.
The problem stated is not only experienced by me but with my collegue as well who stays nearby, and got converted from your competition on my recomendation. Although the same network is working fine in my office location ie Kolkata.
Therefore as per my understanding I think its a issue of tower availability in my area as I went through your tower searching website and was meshmarised to locate the nearest tower, some 5 kms away from my loaction. Hence its my ernest request is to please resolve the issue as early as possible and provide us a loaner setup from the competition as standby, until the issue get resolved.
