I am writing this letter to show my dissatisfaction about the service you are providing. Since from last week (12/01/2015) we are getting problem to connect to the your service because of that people in this area getting problems to access to the internet and apart from that if it connected it no longer exist for not more than 10 minutes. And also the signal strength is very low and which is always showing as WCDMA.
