Dear Sir or Madam,
This letter has been written to drag your attention towards a waste aggregating process in a Downtown area which is not functioning appropriately
The containers which are being used for debris collection is completely broken. Moreover, now the people are throwing the litters openly on the ground and it is impossible for residents to pass through this zone.
The poor redolent from the waste makes hard for me and my adjoining masses to live in this region. In addition, the mosquitos are always flying on the discarded matter which is a cause of spreading malaria and dengue as last year many death reports had been reported due to this critical illness.
It would be highly appreciated if you will resolve this issue as soon as possible by substituting the old broken bins with new ones which has open and close lid. Furthermore, send your workers immediately to collect whole scrap from the ground and tell them the procedure of incineration.
