Dear Sir or Madam
I am writing this letter to address the current issue in my neighbourhood regarding the garbage collection system. We believe there may be room for improvements if we can pay enough attention to the issue.
First of all, the rubbish is collected only once in two days which is not an appropriate schedule for this busy area. As result, there are some days the street are flooded with household waste. Moreover, the garbage trucks are making lots of uncomforable noise whenerver they are operating. Consequently, we have to experience terrible noise pollution, especially for families with infants. As you know, they get startled easily and cried when they hear the old-machine running.
I hope this letter might find you in the city council well so you can help us overcome this situation. Would you please increase the frequency of the garbage collection schedule to once a day so that the trash can be properly collected without making bad image for the neighbourhood? Another suggesion is to upgrading the vehicle to a better model so they can run more smoothly.
We are much appreciated if you can listen to our proposal.
