Dear sir,
I am writing to complain you about the faulty bus services that the people in Jal Vihar colony are enduring past a fortnight and to discuss its egregious consequences on the local people.
First and the foremost, the main issue is the disturbed time-scheduled of buses especially during the rush-hours. The buses are running approximately 30-40 minute late resulting in overcrowding of buses. Moreover, the otherwise immaculate buses are now smelling stale, for the litter has not been collected properly from these buses. Lastly, the conductors of the majority of buses are impolite and tend to engage in an argument.
These difficult situations have caused immense trouble to the natives, myself included. Delayed transportation will conspicuously hamper the punctuality of an individual and I am no exception. My office timing starts from 9 a.m, and in spite of leaving my premises at 7:30 a.m, I reach late. The unbearable smell and rude auxiliary staff of the buses adds to my mysery.
I would like you to operate increase number of buses in our locality and kindly acknowledge that they run on time. Also, since it is a mode of public transport the municipal cooperation should maintain buses in pristine conditions. I would also suggest you to instruct conductors to behave themselves when in duty.
