I am writing to let you know that I am unhappy with your bus service. While evrything else is fine, but its reliability has become a major issue.
Let me explain my condition in detail. Untill last two weeks, your bus service was excellent in our area. However, since last 15 days we have not seen any bus arriving on its schedualed time. As you know that we have very limited transportation facilities in our remote area, it is getting more and more difficult to reach our destinations on time due to this reliability problems. Most of the times, buses are comming so late that we have to either use private vehicles or take a walk.
Apart from all these, the another challenging part is sitting in your bus for long time. Since the buses are so old, its sitting facilities are cumbersome. Many people are complaining of having back pain and other issues due to that.
Let me give you some suggestions. First of all, installing good GPS system in your buses would be an excellent idea. That is how you can track record of all comming and outgoing buses so that no one has to face any time related issues. Moreover, refurnishing of seats by applying cushions has its own impact.
