Dear Sir
I am a resident vof 'Parwana nagar' and daily use the bis service of our local area. I am inscribing this missive regarding the hurdles faced by local people for the transportation service.
I usually took tge bus from main chown at 7:00 am, for my college. But, from last week, the bis is getting late by 20 minutes. In the first few days, I could not bother, but now, its becoming habit to reach late. As it the only bus that goes to 'Tahliwal chownk: and most of the residents took this bus to go to their specific locations. Moreover, the conductor is new and so cooperative, me and some other masses asked him about the issue, but he didnot gave us the reply and shouted.
Then, I decided to write to you the whole scenario, so that the problem can be resolved as soon as possible. So, I request you to take some strict action against it and council the conductor to be polite with the passengers.
