I am writing to seek your attention about an issue with the public transportation which is start happening for around three weeks ago.
I used to take bus number 207 from 8th circle to reach my work in Shimesani area. I have been using it since three years ago, I was very satisfied about the service but suddenly evey thing changed. Firstly it is not committed to the timeframe so there is a daily delay, which caused a problem at my work place, noting that my managers are accepting to arrive late but not each day, so these delays leads to deduct some amounts from my salary. Secondly the cleanness of the bus, it is dramatically decreased in that period. Sometimes I am not able to find a clean seat!
I suggest to check what is the problem with is bus, and try to update arriving times on the application, so we can consider another way of transportation if there is a delay with the bus.
