I’m writing to you to get your support to approve my request about issuing new indentation card as soon as possible instead of the one that I lost yesterday.
Let me explain my situation, h had lost my identification card yesterday and I tried to find it, but it seems impossible since I have visited many places, in addition to using many transportation ways, as you know the importance of this card as a student I got a 50% discount on public transportation even same discount for cinema, adding to this point without my card I have to pay a full price for the train ticket which its hard to me as a student! More importantly that I should use this card to withdraw money from the bank since the need it as a proof and I will be out of money at the end of this week maximum, one last point is that we are about starting the mid-term exams so I have to lend a books from the library of the university and without my ID card I will not able to borrow any book or prepare myself for exams in fact I can't do or get any student benefit with it!
I really need your support as I already submitted my request for issuing new card at student problems office but they informed me that they need from 2-3 weeks, so I decide to write to you seeking your help and support.
