Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing to bring to your attention a road maintenance issue just outside my house on North Road where I was living over 10 years.
My name is Ayoub. I have been a resident at number 20 North Road over 10 years, and there was no reason to complain to the council before. Nevertheless,we noticed a problem with the road works exactly closest to my house since few weeks, and it becomes deeper day-by-day due to the heavy trucks.
Although the road has just been completed by the assign road Contractor, a pothole has appeared on the side of the road. If it rains, the pothole will fill with water and become an invisible danger to the drivers who live in the vicinity. It is also an eyesore for those who live around.
I have called the council on several occasions, but nothing has been done. So, I would request that you address this matter personally with the road maintenance department and that you treat it in priority to get it solved soonest possible.
Please let me know when the problem being resolved.
