Write a letter to the course provider In your letter say what the problem is describe the accommodation you thought you were getting ask the provider to solve the problem

Dear Sir/Madam,
I have enrolled myself in your 3 months basic computer education program. I am writing this to let you know about the issue of accommodation that I am currently facing.
Let me explain my situation in detail. The rooms which we have to share with other student is quite small. Also, my roommate is extremely noisy and irritating. I am unable to concentrate as he plays loud music all the time.
When I took admission, I was told that I am going to get individual room with separate computer setup. But when I reached here, I found that I am going to share room with other person with sharing computer setup as well. It is getting more and more difficult to adjust with my roommate and concentrate on my studies.
Apparently, I am seeking some kind of help from you. As day by day, it is getting worse please allot me individual room so that I can concentrate on my studies. I am new to this city and not able to find room outside anywhere. Please try to understand my condition.
Thank you for your consideration.
Yours faithfully,
Jay
