Dear Mr. Vishal,
My name is Manmohan deep Singh and last week, I was on vacations for three days in Mumbai which I spent by staying in your hotel with my family. I want to thank to you and your team for making our trip rememberable and enjoyable. I specially want to thank Mr. Rahul for his work and service consideration for my family.
Actually, what happened as we landed on the airport my mom fell down from the escalators which caused her a really bad fracture on right leg and some wounds on other body parts. It made the whole situation worse as it enabled her to move. We already booked first floor of your hotel but when I talked with Mr. Rahul on phone and explained him the whole situation, he changed our room to ground floor without any extra charges. After reaching at hotel, he called the doctor and provide all medications to my mom, Even the doctors were praising him for his prompt actions. I was afraid that I had to cancel my vocations but his efforts and dedication regarding his work saved my trip.
What he has done for me cannot be paid by money or in any way, but I will feel happy and thankful if you give him the cheque of 500$ that I have attached with this letter as a token of my thanks.
Your sincerely,
Manmohan deep.
