Dear Sir,
my name is maria and you have been made my staying arrangements in Delhi at Leo hotel from 27 to 28 May 2020. The reason for my stay was to attend meeting with one of our prestidge partner company Rogers telecommunication. I am writing you to bring your attention towards some issues which I face during my stay at the hotel.
Let me explain in more detail. Firstly, the internet service was miserable in the hotel. I requested many times to the manager but every time they failed to resolve this issue and we faced difficulties while discussing some significant statistics online. Secondly, the air conditioner in the room was not working properly. I asked for repairing however it took long time to repair. In the whole, my personal experience was worse to stay there.
I would like to request you to provide me full refund because according to your statements you promised to provide impeccable services during my stay but nothing happened like that. I would appreciate if you consider this and refund me within a week.
