Write a letter to the retailer to complain. In the letter :
- Explain why you are unhappy
-Request a refund
- Make an arrangement to return the damaged item
Hello Mr. Scott,
I am writing this letter to let you know that, recently I have purchased 1more Bluetooth headphone from your online store on the Amazon.ca website. I was extremely enthusiastic while I was purchasing this headphone. When I tried it I found some problem with it and want to complain about it also would like to return it.
Firstly, I am very fond of music and was willing to purchase new headphones, but with the current highly competitive market, I was bewildered chich should buy. Then I decided to buy your product and also I heard amazing good things about it on youtube as well as on your official site too. I got the courier before the delivery time. When I first tried it, it was not enough good sound quality I have expected while I placed an order online. Additionally, Bluetooth connectivity takes more than it should have to. It out my anticipation and not much happy with your product.
Amazon has given a good opportunity to their customer who wants to return the defective product back to the seller. I just checked it once and never used it afterward. So am planning to return the product as soon as possible and that how I could get a refund as quickly as possible. The site says that it would take 2-3 business days to refund money back to the same payment account, so it was a relief for me.
I requested amazon for the return of the product and they gave me a return barcode sticker, which I have to place outside of the box. I would put everything, whatever came with the Bluetooth headphones. Moreover, I have explained everything in detail on my amazon account about the product that's how it would be more helpful for future orders.
I hope you find this letter helpful and if you need any more detail about a damaged item then do not hesitate to contact me back on my cellphone +1(645)6151-4516.
Yours faithfully
Amit Savaliya
