I am writing to ask for repairing of my Sony A567 monitor which I bought 2 months ago. A big black spot was found in the middle of the screen. I really need this monitor for me as a freelancer who works at home. I would like my monitor to be fixed as soon as possible.
As a freelance graphic designer, I have bought this monitor for design works at home. It works perfectly until 2 days ago. A big black spot was found in the middle of the screen. It is a disaster for a designer as it prevents me from aliening straight lines. I have a few projects in hand and the deadlines are approaching. A defective monitor stops me giving my works to clients on time.
As I have a warranty, I would be grateful if you could send staff to my home and check the problem. It would be great if the defect can be fixed. However, if the problem persists, it will be fantastic to have a new one. I will be available on this Friday night, please get back to me if you can make it.
