Write a letter to your company’s director recommending a group in your local community that deserves help.
In your letter, you should tell:
– why you have chosen that group
– how your company can help the group
– how your company will benefit in return.
Dear Sir,
My name is Valli, and I have been working for your concern as a senior executive officer for the past seven years. I am writing to bring your attention to the economically deprived people in my locality.
To make a long story short, for our product campaign, this year I choose the residents who are impoverished and destitute. Mainly, those people are vast in the majority and are struggling to fulfil their livelihoods. So they can benefit us in both marketing and charity.
Furthermore, every year we squander our money on advertisements to promote our products. But, this year I recommend it to be spent on these groups where we can educate them and help to fix their financial stability. In addition to that, we choose some children and help them profoundly for their education.
Consequently, as they are the major inhabitants, we act as a medium to uplift their lives. As a result, we get a good reputation and free promotions which help our company to retain its position in the global economy.
I hope you consider my aforementioned concerns.
Yours sincerely,
Valli
