The best time to come here is the summer season, when all other people are struggling to manage their life in extreme hot, here you would live with snowy days, cool winds enough to beat the peak sun heat.
As your best friend I am strictly saying you that you are going to live in my house. I have a basement equipped with all modern facilities, and even more it will give us an opportunity to hangout together in nights.
