My name is Mr. Mehta, working as a head of the department in ABC limited. Unfortunately , I am writing this letter to express my dissatisfaction about the no parking space availability due to which our employees have to face so many problems.
Could I suggest that you should provide a small basement parking to address the same issue, because no other option is being left in this densely populated area.
It would be greatly benefitted to all our staff members, even more they will be free from the fear of finding a suitable parking space in order to save their cars and bikes from towing.
I would really appreciate if you provide this facility.
