Dear Sir,
I am writing this letter to inform you that the Tally software on my office computer has not been functioning since yesterday morning. This problem has affected the pace of my work too.
I had realized about the fault yesterday when I tried to create a delivery note. The application does not even show the login page.
To keep my regular work done, I have to use other computers where I need to wait until they become free. Also, I need to shift my position often, and a lot of time is wasted. I have restarted the computer many a time, but did not work well so far. I have contacted the Tally service provider this morning, and they have requested an email from your mailbox mentioning the issue.
I shall be grateful if you would see to it that the email is sent at the earliest. It would help me to finish my pending works and focus on my next assignments.
