Dear Sir,
I am writing this letter to inform about the crash of my office desk computer yesterday. It is not booting and always shows a message to recover hard disk.
Yesterday, I had to work untill late night as the stock updation was not over. My computer was left ON for a long time while I was at the warehouse. When I returned, the system was hanged and I tried to restart. Then it showed a message to recover the hard disk and contact system administrator. Hence, I am writing this letter from my personal laptop.
This computer was very important for my daily operations and if we are unable to recover, we might lose important saved files. It would be difficult for me in my future operations as I always referred the saved documents for my job. Moreover, we may lose our records for the last five years if we could not retrieve the hard disk.
I request you to please arrange an expert IT technician to recover the data immediately. I feel it would be better if we save all our files in cloud from now onwards, as that would not have a threat of hardware issues.
An earlier action from your end would be appreciated.
