Dear Manager,

I am writing this letter to you regarding problem of omnifin software in my system.

I have been working with this software since my joining and even than i have not encountered any such issue.As you are aware, I have to Publish Daily Login and Disbursement MIS report to the Management,due to the problem with this software is i am unable to generate my daily report of Login and Disbursement.If this report will not be published to our Senior management than they would not be able to track state-wise performance of Sales team and it will impact on our business.I have tried to connect multiple times with the I T team but they were unresponsive. I have also sent several mails regarding this issues and marked you in copy.

I have already registered ticket for resolution of this problem in our IT helpdesk portal yesterday.Before any escalation from senior management i request your sincere intervention in the matter so that it will not impact over all business performance.
