I am writing this email to let you know about an issue with my computer that happened today. While I was working with AutoCAD regarding a design project, the computer crashed and jumped out of the software. Initially, I taught that it is only a simple bug, but it is not, I am afraid.
As you know, the deadline for finishing the design is extremely tight. I hope the problem gets fixed by tomorrow otherwise I do not think that we are able to accomplish the job as scheduled. It is 2 months that I have been working on this project and in case I need to start over, I will lose a lot of time.
Would you please contact an IT specialist to come over and check the computer? Although I have talked with a computer technician today, I believe asking an expert to come in person may save some time for us.
