Dear Sir,
I am your Assistant manager Rick and writing this letter to recommend one of my Junior
for best employee award of this year. First of all, I thank you for introducing the award system to our work culture as it inspires and bring cheer in fellow workers. The person who fits the description and eligible for this honour is Richard who joined as a trainee and currently posted as Finance executive in our company.
Richard joined our association as intern and grown to executive level with in 2 years by his best efforts and sincerity. I am really proud of his talents and as his reporting officer I can assure his skills are asset to our team. His sales report alone is enough to speak about his extraordinary salesmanship where he achieved his target by first quarter of this year and 20% more than any other member.
In my view, a good employee is a person who not only reach his goals but also show his crisis managing ability and maintaining work serenity. Daring presentation and bold execution of work are innate qualities. I hope after going through his work record you will also agree with my opinion. I also thank you for giving me this opportunity of being in your selection team of nominating best employee award.
Yours faithfully,
Rick.
