Dear Sir,
I am writing this letter to bring it to your concern about a system malfunction which is severely affecting my work. As you are aware, our company recently adopted ‘On Board network Software’ in all computers to make our work more efficient and productive. However, it turned out as malware to our website and making all other application in the hardware to get deleted automatically. Further, re installing all programs is hindering speed and resulting energy draining of the battery.
Targets of this month are crucial and I am unable to give my full efforts because of glitch caused by new computer application. Apart, I am running behind my schedule as all time invested for making data is becoming waste and had to start everything from scratch. Tickets raised to IT teams for resolving issue is not helpful as they are too busy in attending my complaint. As a result, I had to use earlier methods which is not safe as they are already obsolete for our purpose.
Kindly, instruct technological team to address my situation either by providing new laptop which is compatible for present working conditions or by giving me direct access to parent website where online portal is flexible for all sort of works. For the time being they can let me to use third party software which is safe and reliable.
