I am writing to request you to grant me leave for the next two weeks to finish my certification, which will be helpful to my career and the company in long run.
I can compensate the time off provided to me by working in office on weekends. Additionally, I am also willing to work in night shifts for one month, thereby my actual working hours will be more than the required working hours.
On successful completion of this exam, i will be qualified to operate on critical work issues, in the current project I am working. Hence, clearing this exam will help me work more efficiently and increase my productivity. As such, the project can be completed before the estimated time, thereby, the revenue of the organisation increases.
