This letter has been written to make necessary arrangements for the stay during this weekend at your esteemed hotel and requesting you for the details .
My family including my parents , 2 sisters and myself would be visiting Miami on 2nd of August on Friday. We would be checking in at 4:00pm and would be planning to checkout on 7th of August in the morning .Our first preference would be 2 rooms on first floor in case of no elevators . Then moving further an additional bed in one room for ease of adjustment. A television and additional blankets for both rooms. In addition to all this , both rooms with sea view balconies is what preferred.
Moving further, kindly send a list of near by tourist spots as taking shortage of time into consideration , we want to explore all the near by tourist attractions and in addition list of all the hotel expenses on my email id lhf@xyz.com.
