Dear Mr Guptha,
I am writing this letter to request you to give me additional time to pay my two months rent. As you know I am staying in this house since from two years and also every I am committed to pay my rent on time. But currently I am phasing financial problem.

The reason is as I have joined in a new company this month and I have to get my last month paycheck by the old company and as per the company rules i have to wait for fortyfive days to get my paycheck and I will get my paycheck from my current company by this month end. I assure that I will pay this month and last month rent after a couple of weeks or once i got my paycheck.

I hope you will understand my situation and accept my request. Awaiting for your positive response.
