Write a letter to this friend. In your letter
- Give details of your study plans
- Explain why you want to get a part-time job
- Suggest how your friend could help you find a job
Dear Jacob,
Hope you are doing well.
As you are aware that I'm relocating to wimbeldon next month. I'll be joining Peters University for a period of two years. I've got admission in post-graduation course there.
Fortunately, my classes will be in the evening. Hence, I'll be having an ample amount of time to earn some pocket money. I am keen to do a part-time work in my leisure time. Also, I am quite proficient at doing accounts and data entry job because of my prior experience in the home country.
I shall be grateful if you could connect me to your references. However, it is not a compulsion. I will be glad even if you can share some links of job portals where I can directly connect with the employers. I will be appreciate your help.
I look forward to hearing soon from you.
Best regards,
Jessica
