Dear Sir/ Madam,
I am member of training programmer which is held in the UK. I have come to know that the course head wants one participant to work as a social events’ organizer. Therefore, I am writing this letter to esquire about more information about this matter.
I was thrilled to hear that your head wants a person who takes care of social events. As I am aware about your company well and have seen all your training sessions. I really like the social events which organized by your company.
However, I would like to know more about these events. In this case, how many programmers are run by your company? Is your company provides accommodation to spectators? Along with this, I would like to know do I have to fill application form to apply as a social events’ organizer.
As you might read my profile during my selection in this training program. I am a professional to host these events. Further, I organized every event in our company and get award for this. If you give me a chance then I will not let you down.
I look forward to hearing from you.
Yours faithfully,
Amanpreet
