Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writting this to let you know that I will be comming to UK for a month training programme. Recently, I have come across the news that one of the head is looking for someone to host social events and I am glad that I would love to be the one.
Let me explain you more in detail. I am extremely happy to be part of such events as I would love to organise these kind of events. I am thinking of holding a game event where everyone from different countries can engage themselves. It will be a good team bonding exercise as well.
Moreover, I would like to ask more information regarding new students and whether there is a hall or game area available in the campus or not. So that I can plan my games according to that. Also if someone from my course can help me with the planning, I will be even more happy.
When I was in my high school, I used to organise such kind of events every year. I have experience in organising both indoor as well as outdoor game events.
Thank you for your consideration.
Yours Faithfully,
Jay
