Dear Sir/ Madam:
I am an international student from Tehran University. I will spend a short term training course in Manchester College and I have visited this city recently. However I didn’t arrange relevant accommodations up to now and that’s why I am writing to you.
I don’t have exact information about this course and I don’t know how I should spend future days in this city. For example I don’t have knowledge that this college has any resting place for students or not? How much is course tuition and such kind of questions.
I would like to request you that organize some important matters such as dormitory, training timeline, the length of term, services plan and also the time of final exam. In addition would you please inform me, when can I take my degree?
I will be grateful if you help me with this issue.
