Dear Mike,
How have you been?. It has been a long time since we last met. I am writing in reference to tell you that I am interested in enrolling for a cooking class and would like you to join. It will be a full-day course on French cuisine provided by the famous chef Martin De Vere on Thursday at Hotel Sheraton.
As you work as a chef in a restaurant and as you mentioned last time you always wanted to learn to prepare French dishes. For you, this is a great opportunity to meet not only one of your favourite chef but also to get a certificate from one of the prestigious hotels on the successful completion of course. I believe this course will help to improve your skill set as you know in India nowadays most of the restaurants are introducing a plethora of cuisines including French and this may also prove beneficial in the long run as most of the luxury hotels look for chefs with a range of ability to prepare a variety of dishes.
Let us plan to meet at my place this weekend on Saturday around 6 pm. We can have some drinks and discuss this idea and finalize it.
I look forward to seeing you.
Warm wishes
Ben
