Dear Mohan Sir,
I am writing this letter with regards to request you for one week leave from work from 17th Jun to 24th Jun to finish my exams of microbiology course.
I will cover these days with my weekly off days in the coming months of July and August. Plus will work for the organization with the microbiology team to support in sample testing after finishing my tasks daily. In addition to that, I will be glad to share my learning with other mates of microbiology department to make them aware of new standards and protocol.
After examination, I will be counted as a certified microbiologist and will be able to perform pathogen testing in the lab as per the Food and Drug Administration norms and also this step will help our lab to get a certification of competent lab testing facility.
I hope you will understand my desire for learning microbiology and allow me to take leaves to finish my course work.
