Hope you are doing well. I am writing in reference to complain about a recent meal we had at your restaurant. Allow me to elucidate further.
I am a member of social organization “The Raven" which conducts regular meetings at your restaurant. Although quality of the meal is exceptional at your restaurant but last week the food quality was poor especially the main course which included continental food was stale and bland. additionally services offered during the meal were ordinary as compared to our past experience. To elucidate the staff was unwelcoming and took longer time in preparation of the dishes which made it the horrible dining experience.
I would also like to inform you that most of the members from our group were dissatisfied with the dining experience thus they plan to change the venue for the next meeting which will impact the business of your restaurant. Hence I would request you to supervise your staff for such important events to enhance the customer service additionally I would also like you to provide us a fifty per cent discount coupon on our next meal as a compensation.
