Dear Sir,
I am writing this letter to complain about the problems that all the members are encountering in changing rooms. I have a life time membership of club.
Firstly, the bolts on the door and windows are all broken as a result of which anyone can budge into the room while changing. To add to it, the curtains are so dirty that they smell very badly. The attached urinals also stink. The dustbin are also very dirty. There are no camera facility in front of lockers rooms.
On the behalf of all the members, I request you to look into the matter urgently. we feel very disgusted at the service we receiving because we paid a huge membership fees and we feel that we deserve the best.
I would suggest you to call in plumber and carpenter to rectify the sanitary and wooden fittings. The curtains need to be changed. Last but not the least, I would urge you to make regular inspections of changing rooms so that the staff in charge of the mopping and cleaning do their properly.
