Dear Sir,
I am writing to ask for information about hostel services to a group of eighteen students and four lecturers, all female staff.
I am Diva, the head of Stephen’s Medical College in Western Australia. We are organizing a medical trip to Snowy Mountains in South Wales from the 14th of August through 19th, 2019. We would like to take the accommodation for 5 nights during our stay. We do not mind sharing the rooms. But, the rooms must have hot water and room heater facilities considering the cold weather. Could you please send me the details about the breakfast, and lunch menu, and the types of accommodation available in the hostel through an email? Moreover, I would also request the cost of each room with double occupancy and details of the included facilities.
It would be highly appreciated if you could inform me at earliest but not later than three days.
I look forward to hearing from you.
Yours faithfully,
Diva Stephen
