You are planning a short visit to a city where one of your relatives lives.
• Explain when and how long you will be in town.
• Ask whether you can stay at their home.
• Offer to pay for yourself.
Dear Aunt,
I am planning a short visit in Landon. I have research on internet that long-term stay is very expensive in commercial hotels or guest houses. You will be very happy to hear that, I have chosen my study in UK history. I need to research on England history. England is very Magnificent country and Landon is the capital of country as well as this is old city.
I would like to ask your permission to stay at your house, it's been long to see my cousins and I will meet to you and your husband. I will not stay more than two months at your home. It will great if you allow me to stay with your family because I am new in this city and nobody is in my connection who is in this city. I would love to pay my expenditure, I do not want a burden upon you. I can understand Landon is an expensive city. It will be great if you allow me to stay at your house that will be means a lot for me. I will look forward to hear from you soon.
Regards,
Prabhjot Singh.
