You are some friend want to start a weekly dance club and you have found a hall that would be suitable to hold your meeting.
write a letter to the owner of the hall. In your letter,
Explain your and your friends' project
Ask if it possible to rent the hall and under what terms
state what day and what times you would like to use the hall
Dear Sir/Madam,
I recently came across one of your advertisements about your hall and I would like to enquire about the same for our weekly dance club.
I hail from Anand which is stones throw away from your hall. Since the winter vacation is just around the corner, me and my friends have decided to start a weekly dance club. We are a renowned club and our forte is Jazz dance.
As the hall has recently opened, we wanted to formally ask whether it would be possible to rent the hall for such events? Also, we have never done it before so would you kindly inform us about the terms and conditions of renting the hall.
We are expecting the commence our sessions from the 4th of December when the winter break starts. According to the demand, we are going to need the hall for a couple of hours each day and morning time will be more preferable.
Hoping to have a prompt response from your end.
Yours sincerely,
Jocelyn Mascarenhas
