I am writing this letter regarding the complaints of our neighbors about the disturbing noise from my birthday party last Saturday and thus, I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience.
Allow me to briefly explain my situation. Last week, I organized a party in which I invited some of my dearest friends and colleagues to celebrate my birthday in my apartment. This should have not produced any noise to disturb the other families living in the complex. However, my friends invited some of their acquaintances to join and as you can see, I could not reject any of them. This was when things got out of hand and the noise got extremely louder.
I know that my party interrupted other neighbors’ night and I would love to give away free tickets to the city’s upcoming musical concert to everyone living in the same block including you as a compensation for my disturbance. I hope that you could help me arrange this situation.
