Dear Sir,
Hope this letter finds you in the pink of your health. I am writing the epistle in reference to inform you about a recent breakdown with the heating system which has not been fixed despite multiple attempts by local workmen. Let me explain the situation.
To elucidate the central heating system in the house has stopped working due to short circuit. this was highlighted to your workmen but they were unable to fix this problem despite multiple attempts. As you are aware that supply of hot water is critical during winters and we need hot water for shower and washing clothes thus this problem is making our lives miserable.
Additionally I would like to highlight that I had called a local electrician who advised to replace the heating motor which would fix the problem as the motor is damaged therefore I would request you to send a technician who would be able to check the problem and provide a speedy resolution by replacement of motor.
I look forward to your immediate response.
