I am writing this letter to bring in your kind notice that following month December, 2018 will be the completion of my doctorate degree for which I need to take a leave from the work and submit my dissertation. Only a final editing is required that can be done at the university campus in Delhi with my guide.
Fortunately, I have accomplished all the projects assigned till date. In case of any emergency, I am just an email or phone call away. Besides this, adjustment for the necessary routine tasks has been done with my colleagues Mr. Lee and Ms. Sheena as they have cooperated to manage in my absence. Additionally, I assure you that after my course completion, I will be available in the company premises for any pending projects needing my involvement.
As you know, the research work on security of data which I am pursuing will be helpful for our company in saving our confidential data and in turn escalate our company’s turnover. Moreover, as a doctorate-holder I will prove to be an asset to the organisation. So kindly allow me an off for the month of December, 2018.
