Dear Sir,
My name is Ann, enrolled for project management course at your university. I am writing this letter to request you to resolve my problem with the accommodation you have arranged to me at university residence building.
I have been provided a shared accommodation with three other room mates who are first year students. Unfortunately, my roommates prefer to have late night parties and loud music in the room. Due to this I am unable to concentrate on my studies.
I prefer to stay in calm and peaceful surroundings and I expected that I may get room with one of my classmates. However I am now forced to stay in a room with junior students who are not at all serious about their studies.
I want to complete this course on time. So I want you to solve my problem regarding the accommodation by either allotting me another room or change my shared accommodation to single occupancy. I am willing to pay any additional cost incurred for this.
I hope you will understand the gravity of the issue and will take suitable action. Awaiting to hear from you.
