I am writing this letter to have your attention on my problem. Let me explain in detail.
my name is Lisa and I work in sale department. my computer have some problem that affect my job. I think the screen had go wrong because I turned on the computer so many times but it had no signal. The CPU did not work and it was too hot so I am afraid it may burn. The issue happened today and I called the leader but there was no response. I can not go on my work and in my laptop has my important documents so i hope you can solve this problem imediately. I accquire you call the technique to check the system and give me new computer if need be.
