Dear Mr Smith,
my name is Anita Becker, I work in administration department. I am writing to inform you about the challenge I am having with my computer.
The computer keeps freezing and rebooting by itself. when I turn the computer on, it takes more than ten minutes for it to come up, and when it eventual does, it freezes at the homepage before loading the desktop icon. Then, it will restart again. This has been going on continuously for three hours now.
since I can not access the computer due to its persistent problem of freezing and restarting . Thus, it is impossible for me to update the information of clients on our database. In order for me to update their details, I have to log into the computer and access the company clients database file in Microsoft Excel, which I can not. Therefore, making I can not ready do my job until the problem is resolved.
I would be grateful if you can send someone from the engineering department to take a look at the computer, and if possible fix it.
