Dear sir,
I am Trupti Bhanderi study in F.Y.Bcom of self-finance stream. My library No. is 135. I borrowed 2 books, first is Business management and second is Company law as on 1st August, 2018. I write this letter to apologies you that I was not able to return this books on time.
As per the rule I have to return this books within 5 days, but on the 3rd August, 2018 my grandmother had a heart attack. So I have to leave immediately to visit her at my village. Because of this I could not return the books on time.
That books I get carry with me to refer at free time, so I request you to extent my due date for deposit of books and when I will be back I pay late deposit fees as per requirement.
I hope you accept my request for an extension of due date of deposit.
