You bought a new HD television last week. At first it seemed to work perfectly but after a few hours a line appeared across the TV and the sound seemed a little strange. You cannot take the TV back to the shop so you decide to write to them.
Write a letter of complaint to the shop. In your letter
• give them the background information
• describe the problem
• ask them to resolve the issue
Dear Sir,
I am writing this letter to inform that we have recetly purchased HD Television a week ago. It was working fne initially but now is causing problmes.
When I reached home and set up the Television, it was working seemlessly perfect and I was very happy with my puchase. But tehn I observed starnge lines on scree, first I thought there might be connection issue, I checked for wiring, it was pulgges in correctly. I tried to switch channels as well to verift if the issue is with channel or Television itslef. After minutes I realise that there was an issue with Audio as well, it was not syncing properly. At last, I switch it off and turn it back again, but the same issue persists and then I consider toinform you about that.
I want assistance from you to resolve that issue. Unfortunately, due to an emergency I personally cannot visit the store. Hence, I want you to take required setps, if possible, you can send someone at my place to investigate the issue or what seems right according to you can be done. I have the warranty card and Insurance documents with me which are attached below.
Looking forward to your reply.
Yours faithfully
Mandeep
