You eat at your college cafeteria at lunch time every day. However, you think it needs some improvements. Write a letter to the college magazine. In your letter:

Dear Sir,
I am writing to you regarding our college canteen. Although most of the facilities are up to the mark, few improvement need to done as quickly as possible.
The hygiene of the cafeteria is superb due to housekeeping staff’s constant effort. Moreover, items in the menu are suitable for most of the college student and pricing as well. Furthermore, seating arrangement is quite unique and able to accommodate more than 50 people at a time though area is not adequate.
Few issues I would like to mention that can be resolved soon. Firstly, air conditioning is not working properly and situation inside the hall becomes unpleasant during peak hours. Secondly, few staffs are required in the cooking area as one cook and three support staff is not sufficient.
Air condition servicing is due since last two month that need to be address first to have comfortable environment during lunch time. In the college magazine, we can publish one ad for new staff hiring.
Hope, you will take my concerns and suggestion with priority. Thanks in anticipation.
